Happy Birthday to Reba!

It's the dog days for sure, and my not so young baby girl, Reba is nine years old today!! Ok, so I stole the idea from Sister Dear. Even though this image was taken on Cover's wedding day, it is fitting to celebrate Reba's birthday with this picture, just as it was for her best friend, Lily's, birthday. They look like the regal dogs they are!




Here's another picture of Reba doing what she loves best- treeing a squirrel! It's the only way she feels like an accomplished dog, because there is no way she can out run and catch the furry critters that antagonize her daily with their antics. The running up and down trees and jumping from limb to limb torment her as she stands on her hind legs to get at them. Before Reba knows it the squirrels have leaped to another tree altogether. Bless her heart- she keeps trying.
